FluoFlow®: Dynamic Flow Phantoms

Custom FluoFlow® Design Request
Realistic Tissue · Controlled Flow · Quantitative Insight
Tissue-equivalent dynamic flow phantoms.
FluoFlow® adds dynamic fluid flow to QUEL’s tissue-equivalent optical phantoms — giving you a controlled, reproducible environment to evaluate contrast agents, fluorescence imaging systems, and quantitative analysis algorithms under realistic flow and perfusion conditions.
Load the channel with your fluorophore, a blood-mimicking fluid, or any aqueous contrast agent. Control the flow rate. Image under your system’s actual acquisition parameters. The result is tissue-realistic performance data you can generate on the bench — reducing dependence on animal studies during early-stage probe and device development. Flow channel geometry and phantom optical properties are both customizable to your application, whether you’re developing algorithms for fluorescence-guided surgery, characterizing wearable optical sensors, or evaluating perfusion imaging systems.
Key Features:
- Compatible with fluorophores, contrast agents, and blood-mimicking fluids
- De-risk your device before your animal study begins.
- Test contrast candidates in tissue-equivalent optical environments
- Supports contrast sensitivity and imaging-depth characterization
- Answer critical questions at the benchtop with controlled biological variables
- Benchmark reproducible dynamic image analysis algorithms
- Configurable flow channels and phantom geometries
- Customizable tissue-equivalent absorption and scattering properties for your application
